Ozone is formed when an electrical discharge is produced between two electrodes separated by a dielectric. Voltage is provided by high voltage power supply which can vary from 5000 Volts to 20,000 Volts depending on the model. The process may be described by the following reaction:
O2 + O hv O3
For most commercial applications, 12 gm/hr or 20 gm/hr ozone generator is sufficient.
Cost of 2,000 mg/hr (Air treatment system): $3,480.00 USD
Cost of 20 grams/hour (ozone generator only): $1,920.00 USD
Cost of 40 grams/hour (ozone generator only): $4,200.00 USD
Note: Ozone output is based on oxygen feed from O2 concentrator (except air treatment system).
Drinking water treatment: We provide modularity, flexibility and extendibility for all ozone generators ranging from 2 gm/hour to 1000 gm/hour to eliminate bacteria, viruses, bad taste and odor from drinking water.
Swimming Pool Treatment: We guarantee NO CHLORINE NEEDED EVER. Instead bromine is used. The bromide combines with the OZONE to form bromine. The bromine then reacts with the algae. Bromide is then released as a byproduct. The cycle begins again!!
Air Treatment: OZO-FRESH300 combines the three best air purification methods in one unit, that is, ozone oxidation, hepa filtration and carbon adsorption.
