Ozone is formed when an electrical discharge is produced between two electrodes separated by a dielectric. Voltage is provided by high voltage power supply which can vary from 5000 Volts to 20,000 Volts depending on the model. The process may be described by the following reaction:
O2 + O hv O3
For most industrial applications, 20 gm/hr or 40 gm/hr ozone generator is sufficient.
Cost of 40 grams/hourr (ozone generator only): $4,200.00 USD
Cost of 80 grams/hour (ozone generator only): $7,680.00 USD
Note: Ozone output is based on oxygen feed from O2 concentrator (except air treatment system).
Town water treatment: Turn key projects for new drinking water installation and/or retrofitting existing plants up to 1 million inhabitants from 1,000 GPM to 20,000 GPM.
Cooling Tower water Treatment: To control biological growth in cooling towers we believe in using ozone as compared to conventional biocides. ROI of 1-2 years (in most cases) makes it a worthwhile investment.
Food Safety: Ozone offers many benefits to food processing facilities - improving shelf-life, improve quality, reduce waste, disinfection of product, water and air etc.
