We design the system, procure equipment, commission the system, supply required treatment chemicals, provide on-going training to new (& old) personnel and monitor treatment system. By accepting complete responsibilty to deliver the results, we leave no room for finger-pointing.
Our evaluations are based on a thorough survey to help us understand the application and look for opportunity to improve process efficiency. To insure maximum effectiveness and economy in your use of our products, operational and testing equipment - instructions and recommendations are provided with each service call.

Putting in the Time.
Rav finds ways to achieve the balance others may overlook by investing time and drawing on his years of experience. At one particularly challenging site, he was frustrated when the ideal balance eluded him during regular monthly testing. He put in the time (10 to 15 days a month for 6 months!) in order to get things right.
An appreciation of New Options.
It takes a willingness to learn and an openness to new ideas to find these kinds of solutions. Rav’s interest in exploring something radically different led him to Green Silica chemistry for cooling towers. It’s the opposite of the historically-trusted bleed and feed approach and it’s proving to be monumentally better.

Because Rav recognizes the massive hassles that occur if he doesn’t get things right, he stands behind his recommendations with a guarantee to fix errors. That pride and commitment ensures a number of long-term clients.
One of those clients, Aqua-Pak Industries, experienced a problem. In 2005, newly implemented changes caused corrosion of aluminum molds. Simran Canada immediately took responsibility, paid for the repairs and dove into the issue to make corrections that led to the desired results. Rav continues to be a trusted partner of the company and has gone on to solve water treatment issues at Aqua-Pak’s sister companies.
A Background Rich in Science.
As a youngster, Rav enjoyed math, physics and chemistry. Working with customers on their water treatment needs allows him to use his background as a chemical engineer while also engaging his creativity and people skills to create a robust, unique solution.
His personal approach, uncommon in the industry, ensures his customers have his commitment to eliminating their water treatment headaches.
